Our website is officially connected to and part of the Harvard Business School main database system: the Global HBS Clubs Network. This allows a direct link to the HBS database and results in our alumni managing one user profile. This requires that all alumni use their LEFA (lifetime HBS e-mail address) and password to log into our system. If you are an alum, you must sign on with your LEFA/password to avoid duplicating your name record. As a paid club member, you must sign on to receive your member discounts. However, you can still receive all emailed communciations via any e-mail address that you select as your preferred e-mail address (in your user profile).
As noted above, all members must first sign in to take advantage of any member discounts. This includes, but is not limited to, discounted event ticket pricing. Alums, before purchasing any discounted event tickets, please follow these important instructions:

Before clicking to purchase your tickets, please FIRST LOG IN (HBS Alums Only) using the BURGUNDY HBS ALUMNI button in the upper left-hand corner of the Home Page.

You will be redirected to the HBS secure log in page where you must sign in with your LEFA and password.

Once your log in has been confirmed via the HBS server, you will instantly be redirected to the HBS Club of South Florida's website (home page). Note: In the upper left hand corner of the website (above the shield) you will see "Hello (your screen name) which will confirm that you are logged in.

Once logged in, visit the Events section of the website. Click on the link to your desired event and proceed to "Click to Purchase Your Tickets".
If you need to RESET or CHANGE your LEFA password, please visit www.alumni.hbs.edu/lefa/ (available 24hrs/day). If you have forgotten your LEFA or need to create one, please contact HBS Alumni Records at 617-495-6438 (Listen for Option #5) or alumni_records@hbs.edu (available Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm [EST])
