Your Privacy

The safe keeping of all your personal information is of paramount importance to the HBS Club of South Florida. All your information (including your email address) will be kept strictly confidential, and the Club does not, under any circumstances, rent, sell or distribute any personal information submitted by Club members, registered users or visitors to our website to any outside third party.

Personal information that you submit to this website will be used only for the purpose for which it was asked.  Aggregate, non-personally identifying information may be both used internally and shared externally (for example, the number of alumni who are registered users).

The HBS Club of South Florida is committed to upholding our community members’ and visitors’ right to privacy.  Should you have any questions or suspect a breach of these policies, we strongly urge you to immediately contact the Club Administrator by e-mail.

Credit Cards

The HBS Club of South Florida does not store credit card information on this site or other systems.  The site's Secure Socket Layer utilizes the latest in 128 bit encryption.  This means that transmitting your credit card information when you make a purchase is safe and meets the highest e-Commerce standards.

As important, after any credit card transaction is approved and completed, the site deletes your data. After a transaction, your credit card data is NOT stored on our system (except for the last four digits of your credit card number, which is for your reference).  You can shop with confidence that your credit card information is secure.
